Budget with Mee is a trading name of CTNY Technologies, a trading name registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide when using our Service.

  • Account data: Your email address and password (stored as a secure hash)
  • Financial data: Income sources, bills, envelope allocations, transactions, debts, and scenarios that you enter into the Service
  • Billing data: Subscription status and billing history. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored by us
  • Usage data: An audit log of changes made to your household data, and basic analytics via Vercel Speed Insights
  • Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting), browser type, and device information

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Process your subscription and send billing-related emails
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, subscription updates)
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your financial data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
